The CROCO Games team attended SiGMA Central Europe 2025 in Budapest, Hungary — our first major European industry conference as an exhibiting company. We left with new operator conversations, confirmed integrations, and a clear signal that the market is ready for retention-first slot design.

CROCO Games attended SiGMA Central Europe 2025 in Budapest, Hungary on November 5–7, 2025 — our debut appearance at a major European iGaming B2B conference. Founded in 2025 with a singular focus on player retention mechanics, we came to SiGMA with a clear message and a compact, high-conviction portfolio: four titles, all live, all with real retention data.

The SiGMA Central Europe event brought together operators, affiliates, regulators, and technology providers from Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and CIS markets. Over the two-day conference, our team held 34 scheduled meetings and participated in three roundtable discussions.

The single most common feedback from operator conversations was a genuine hunger for retention data at the title level. CROCO's approach — publishing Day-2 and Day-7 cohort retention per title, per deployment — generated significant interest from operators unable to attribute lobby performance to specific game titles.

By the end of the conference, we had signed two letters of intent for full portfolio integration and secured six confirmed follow-up demo sessions. Three of these have since converted into active integration agreements.
